We require a minimum or 48 hours notice for orders, however we will attempt to assist with your requirements for any short notice orders. If your order is urgent, with less than this lead time please call our office to confirm our availability.
Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed via email from our office. If you have not recieved this confirmation your order has not been booked in our system. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the order details are correct when entering their order & checking before sending. We will confirm and if anything doesn't add up we will address this or make suggestions to ensure the success of the function.
Minimum Orders
Please refer to minimum order requirements for our Sweet / Savoury Treats Menus and Canapes. Orders processed for less than these minimum requirements will be queried/not accepted.
We have a minimum order for weekend orders, which need to be a minimum of $300.00 (not including delivery)
Delivery
We require company name, address & contact person for all deliveries. When you are ordering food to be delivered to a venue or another company other than your own, please ensure full details are provided and a contact person is nominated so our driver can ensure the correct place and person are delivered to.
Delivery charges are as per checkout totals and these prices include platter pick-up
Return visits to collect misplaced platters will incur and a minimum charge of $5.00 +
All lost/missing or broken platters will be charged for.
Payment
Corporate Account
Please pay within 7 days of invoice date, unless otherwise arranged.
Private Functions
For functions of more than 3 weeks in advance a deposit is required of 20% or $200.00 booking deposit. The balance is payable 7 days prior to the function.
Cancellations
24 hours notice is required for cancellations or full price will be charged.
Pricing
On our online system all prices are exclusive of GST but excluding delivery & staff should these be required. Prices are subject to change without notification.
