Product Ordering Information

Ordering

For each order we need a minimum of 4 meals ordered, but you can of course combine orders with friends, family, colleagues or flatmates and share delivery charges! There is no minimum order for each meal, you can order 4 different meals if you like - and most people do!

Our menus are sent out each week on a Monday and deadline for ordering is 9pm Wednesday for delivery the following week. This gives us plenty of time to confirm your order, recieve and confirm payment and make your delicious food fresh and get it out to you!

Payment

We currently offer to payment methods, internet banking, which we prefer, or PayPal.

Your order will be manually confirmed via email. If you have ordered any items from our Favourites Stash Meals selection we will check stock levels and confirm these can be supplied. Once your order is confirmed via email please make payment as per instructions sent.

Once your payment has been received your order will be sent to the kitchen for production. Due to the quantity of orders we receive will cannot confirm payments. If by chance your payment is not received by Monday night following ordering we will contact you however.

Delivery

We are big on the environment & recycling here at Sauce! So although our meals are delivered to your home or office in polystyrene boxes with ice packs, these are fully reusable. For regular clients we are happy to pick up & recycle these.

  • Delivery for North Shore is on Thursday and the rest of Auckland is on Friday.
  • Your food will be couriered out to you in a small foam chilly box with ice packs to keep it nice and safe.
  • We do recommend that you unpack your delivery into the fridge or freezer as soon as possible though.

Delivery Instructions

Our delivery fee covers the cost of the poly box and ice packs and supplements the courier cost. We are able to deliver Aucklandwide at this stage, though we are trialling other North Island locations!

  • We are not able to advise specific delivery times unfortunately, however it is most likely your delivery will arrive in the morning.
  • Please advise specific delivery instructions for the drivers, so we can ensure your box is left somewhere safe.
  • If you have a dog please advise us what the best course of action is. We cannot ask our drivers to go onto a property that has a dog loose due to safety responsibilities and of course to ensure the food isn’t eaten by the dog while you are out! If a dog is loose when the driver arrives we will not be able to deliver to your residence. Suggestions here are advise us to deliver to a neighbour, a local dairy or deliver to your work address.

Delivery Charges

For orders over $110 or delivery is FREE!

Otherwise delivery is $13.00 which includes delivery, foam box and ice packs - what a deal!
