Cosy Food Meals
Sauce Cosy Food Meals are designed for those times you want to take it easy, but you still want to
enjoy delicious, nourishing food… Made with only the best freshest and high quality ingredients, our meals are wholesome nutritious and delicious, with no preservatives or anything artificial!
Our homemade meals are made just like Mum’s and they are not highly processed. Therefore we recommend defrosting in fridge the night before or in the microwave,
before heating in the microwave or the oven.
Each fortnight our menus change so we can offer you freshly made food, cooked carefully to order, in small batches. This means when you order from us you know the food is fresh and it has been handmade with love and care.
Your meals will come to you frozen and you can then eat them within a couple of days or confidently freeze them for later knowing they will taste just as good as the day they were made!

Each fortnight we will be rotating our menu, offering a choice of 4 meal options to choose from. All you need to do is let us know what you would like and we will make your meals to order and deliver it to your door in a chilly bin box ready for your freezer! A perfect opportunity to stock up on favourite meals for those nights you just can't bring yourself to cook or when having visitors over for dinner but you run out of time...So check out our first fortnight's delicious offerings and treat yourself now!! Tender top quality organic Beef, Red Wine etc cooked for 5 hours! Comes served on the world’s best Pasta, Rustichella Spaghetti, topped with Parmesan
Organic Lamb with Red Wine, Leeks & Mushrooms braised for several hours, with crushed Garlic & Rosemary Potatoes & seasonal Veges
A thick and hearty soup with an unusual but extremely moreish flavour, made with Potatoes, Carrots and a hint of Lemon and Sage
Roasted Tomato, Capsicum & Pumpkin
Roasted with Rosemary & Olive Oil, the pureed withour own free range organic Chicken stock
All Chicken, Bacon & Egg is Free Range and all chicken and meat is organic except the bacon
